The O2 was designed by W Adams for the London and south Western Railway. 60 were built between 1889 and 1895 mainly for London suburban traffic. As electrification gained pace they were reallocated to branch lines. Some went to the Isle of Weight where they were the last to be withdrawn in 1966.

Track Work
Fit Micro switches to points that have not already got them and route wiring under baseboards.
Overhaul top goods yard point levers.
Add new levers to engine yard and hook up to points. Revamp signaling and/or replace.
Repair or replace point/signal levers on middle station.
Rewire top station goods departure road.
Turntables
Fit latches to lower shed turntable.
Fit motor drive to top shed table (in stock).
Building and Scenery
Bring up to a better standard.
Further Options
New MPD where the colliery is currently sited.
Replacing ballast as required.
